The space The cottage features a bright living/dining room with Smart TV, Sky Entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen; a ground-floor WC and a bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. The upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms, both with zip-link singles, meaning both bedrooms can be either twin singles or kingsize. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, gas central heating, electricity. Outside is an enclosed astro-turf garden with seating, plus private parking for two cars at the front. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, secured enclosed garden and driveway allowing two cars to park. Other things to note Travel cot, highchair and a welcome pack are provided. The beach, village shops, pubs and the local golf course are all within walking distance, and the cottage makes an ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. No smoking.
